Alexandra Hotel Toronto お客様の声
ダウンタウンまで歩いて20分の立地です。ホテルのすぐ横に公園があるので、リラックスするのによかったです。スタッフは入口の小さな事務所にいる1名が対応してくれます。当ホテルはアパートを改造したホテルのようです。広さは普通です。設備はテレビ、バス、トイレ、キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、エアコンがついています。バスは大きいですが、シャワーの温度の調節が難しかったです。なお、石鹸とシャンプーはありますが歯ブラシはありませんでした。 余談ですが、チェックインしたとき予約が入っていないといわれ困りました。その後のフロントがよく対応してくれ「Everything no problem!」といわれましたが、結局どこがうまくいっていなかったのかはわかりませんでした。
