結構な料金を取る割りに、部屋がかなりしょぼい。ドアの内鍵壊れている、お風呂の浴槽についている扉も傾いていて危険、ベッドのスプリングが柔らかすぎて腰が痛くなるなど、不満点は多い。また、入り口入ってすぐに、階段があるため、スーツケースの客には優しくない作りだ。おまけに、階段前で立ち往生している客を見ても、荷物を運ぶのを手伝わない男のフロントマンにはさらに閉口。ただし、新装開店して以来、朝食がとれるようになり、朝食は満足できる内容だと思う。
