BEST WESTERN PLUS Royal Brock Hotel & Conference Centre Guelph お客様の声
室内にあるパンフレットが古く、ピザ配達のチラシが値上がり前のものだったり、レストランの現在は営業していないランチタイム時間を表記していました。 また、バルコニー付きの部屋を予約したにも関わらずバルコニーがない部屋に案内されたり、フロントに従業員が１人しかおらず電話対応を終わるまで待たされた時間は２０分以上でした。謝罪もなし。 部屋は普通でしたが、廊下やロビーは暗くよどんだ感じ。 朝食も別料金で１０ドルと質の割りにちょっと高め。近くのDAYS INNに泊まったほうが値段も安いしマシだと思いました。
