予約したホテルと実際のホテルが違っていた！！支配人に話しても結局部屋は変えてもらえず、料金も支払済みで返ってこないため、そのあてがわれた部屋に泊まることになった。旅行社にメールで問い合わせたときは、「部屋をキープしてある」と言われたのにこれでは話が違うと思った。
