Dolce Hayes Mansion San Jose お客様の声
敷地も広く、建物もきれいで、とてもすばらしいホテルでした。 部屋も広くてきれいで、バスルームも広く、お湯も問題なくたっぷり使えます。 場所は住宅地の中で便利だとは言えませんが、ホテルでのんびりしたい人にはリゾート気分が味わえていいと思います。 ただ、ホテルのスタッフが少ない気がします。 案内が少なくて、フロントデスクの場所も少し分かりづらかったです。 また、チェックインをしたら、予約が入っていないと言われてしまい、 手続きにとても時間がかかり、また初日からとても不安な気持ちになってしまいました。
