Situated at the end of Princess wharf and overlooking Auckland harbour. Next door to America's Cup Village, featuring restaurants and Cafes. Walking distance (300 metres) to the shopping and CBD. A day spa - called Spa de Serville adjoins the hotel.

Medium size rooms, modern and well appointed, with in-house movies, cable TV, mini bars, hair dryer and a minimalist look. Conde Nast Traveler (May 2002) named the hotel as 'One of the best new hotels in the World' in its 2002 Hot List. Because of hotel's shape, no two rooms are the same. Spacious marble bathrooms have a separate bath and shower recess.

White is the signature restaurant and has won many awards, its a contemporary restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic views, cuisine and service.

場所はよかったのですが、ウォーターフロントとかいてあっても、実はハーバービューではありませんでした。目の前はタンク。。ちょっとがっかりしました。しかも最悪なことは、隣同士の壁が薄すぎて、一言一言、全ての会話、電話の音、全ての音が両側から聞こえてくるのには正直、辟易としました。フロントやコンシェルジェのサービスがよかっただけに、とても残念でした。
