女性オーナーがたいへん親切で英語もOKです。家庭的な雰囲気のホテルです。庭からはビーグル水道がきれいに見渡せます。ホテルやホテルの近くには夕食を食べられるようなレストランがないので市内まで行かなくてはなりませんが、タクシーがすぐ来ます。１０分程度で料金は１０ペソ（約US＄３）です。ウシュアイアのホテルは夏の観光シーズンに１年分の収入を上げなくてはならないのでホテル代を含む物価はかなり高めですが、そんな事情のなかでは良心的なホテルと感じました。
