レセプションでの対応にあまりいい印象をもちませんでした。保証金を予め払っておいたにも関わらず、２日目に再度払うように言われました。レセプションに示したバウチャーに書いてあるので、見せて欲しいと伝えたところ「ない」の一点張りでした。結局、ホテル側の控えで確認したようで払わずに済みましたが、基本的な対応が正確にできないようです。
