This excellent hotel is located in Calheta which is a coastal village just 30 minutes from the capital of the Island of Madeira.
客室
The rooms most of which have panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean, are decorated in a contemporary style with terra-cotta ceramic flooring, wooden furniture and patterned bedspreads and curtains. All rooms have a good sized balcony. Some rooms have a through-door to the adjoining room for use by larger families.
レストラン
The hotel has 3 restaurants and 3 bars, 2 of which are outdoors. Due to the good reputation of it's Madeiran style cuisin one of the restaurants has become a favourite meeting place for the local people. The other two provide a more international cuisine.

The hotel offers the following facilities and services: covered car parking, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and turkish steam bath, fitness room, 4 conference rooms, boutique. There are also kayaks, catamarans and windsurfing boards for hire. (AB01/06)

Hotel Calheta Beach お客様の声
ホテルからフンシャルへ移動するシャトルバスは定員がたった8名しか乗れなくてすぐ満員になるのに乗れなかったら2日後まで待たないといけない状態。 ホテル側が管理していなく、早い者勝ち状態で週3回のバスもチェックインした段階で1週間以上満席だった。フロントの接客も悪く、どこの国の宿泊客にも対応が悪かった。路線バスもほとんどなく物価が高いマデイラではタクシーもフンシャルまで50ユーロもした。空港からは７８ユーロもかかる。 トイレの設備も壊れていても直さない。ロケーションがいい為にサービスの悪さが残念だ。
