Located just a short distance from the only water bus stop, the property overlooks the heart of Venice, enjoying a magic view of St. Mark's Square.

Restaurant
The breakfast room is a jewel, positioned all along the waters edge of the lagoon and the large windows allow those unforgettable views of Venice Island from the Lido prospect. In the afternoon and evening, candles are lit to create a romantic ambience where guests can sip the house cocktail.

実は、隣接する工事現場で水道管を破ってしまったため、このホテルには宿泊できませんでしたが、ホテルの対応には大変すばらしいものがありました。代替ホテルを手配してくれ、そこまでの往復タクシー代はもちろん無料。また宿泊費も無料で、結局予約時に払ったデポジット約１０ユーロ以外は一切支払う必要がありませんでした。またムラーノ島までのタクシーも無料で手配してくれ、タクシーを待つ間このホテルのロビーやレストランを利用しましたが、コーヒー代も無料でした。宿泊こそ出来ませんでしたが、レストランからの海の眺めは最高でした。フロント、レストランの清潔さや設備等は良かったです。
