Zoo駅から５分ほどで コストパフォーマンスがよい。部屋はシングル でビジネスホテルのイメージ。ポットがなかったのが残念。バスタブはなく シャワーのみの部屋でした。

部屋にインターネット接続の設備がない、エアコンがない、室内灯の一部が点灯しないなど設備面がよくない。渡された市内地図が古いもので、現在のU3がU1と表示されていて非常に困った。ポーターを頼んでもすぐには来なかった。廊下のカーッペットの汚れなどもクーダムの一等地というロケーションがすばらしいだけに残念に思われる。

Zoo駅から徒歩約５分で、ﾒｲﾝｽﾄﾘｰﾄに面しておりとても便利です。ﾛﾋﾞｰ・部屋・朝食とも申し分なく良かったです。ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞは少し小さめですが部屋はﾘﾆｭｰｱﾙされたようで小奇麗でした。お勧めです。
