駅から歩くには遠いけど、中心街までは歩いて行ける。歩いて１０分くらいのところにカルフールがあるので便利。部屋には冷蔵庫もドライヤーも無かった。朝食はパンの種類が豊富だし飲み物も何種類かあって良かった。

設備も新しくIbisホテルの中では小ぎれいな部類のホテル。ボーヌの展示会場のすぐ裏だが、旧市街までは徒歩20分以上はかかるかも。
