室内に冷蔵庫がないのはかなりの減点。 ただすぐ前にスーパーがあるので、飲みたい時に冷たいものを購入していました。

値段と同等でしょう。窓はあるけど外は壁でした。設備は古めです。遅く着いたり、朝早くでるのでとまれればよいという感じです。
