お客さんが結構泊まっているのにフロントはたった一人で対応していました。駐車場のことで、待っていてと言うので待っていたのですが、一向に終わらず、つい文句を言ってしまいました。あの大きなホテルでフロントが一人というのはどうなのでしょう？しかもチエックインの時間帯です。
