繁華街や観光スポットに近くロケーションは問題ありません。駐車場も路上駐車できるので、外の駐車場に止めてもいいでしょう。駅からはバスになりますが、本数も多く使いやすいです。 2007年8月現在一部改装中です。また、twinの部屋には階段でしかアクセスできない部屋もあるので、重い荷物がある場合や体が弱い方はtwinを避けられた方がいいでしょう。
