室内はシンプルですが、シングルでも広めで最近改装したようで清潔でした｡ロケーションは駅にもコーチステーションにも市内バス乗り場にも近いので便利です。隣がライブハウスなので多少夜遅くまでにぎやかですが、さほど気にもなりませんでした｡スタッフの人も丁寧親切、荷物もチェックアウト後あずかってもらったり、快適でした｡若者向けかな、と思います｡

駅から本当に近く、部屋もとても清潔で広めで、広々としたお風呂はボディ－ソ－プも備え付けてあり、タオルも一人につき大小の２本ずつの用意にコ－ヒ－紅茶の室内の量も大目にあり、とても良いサ－ビスでした！！ お湯を沸かすポットが上手く作動しないトラブルがありましたが、受付のスタッフの素早い対応で５分もしないうちに作動チェックされた違うものを届けてくれました。 スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリ－でリバプ－ルの観光地にについて尋ねると、受付付近においてある沢山の観光資料からいろいろ詳しく教えてくださり、大変感謝しております。 受付にいた「HELLO！」と声かける大きなオウムのペットも可愛かったです！ 朝食もビュッフェスタイルで、パンと飲み物だけでなく、チ－ズやハムなどのおかずやヨ－グルトまであり、大満喫でした！！ 設備が4なのは、泊まった部屋がエレベ－タ－の隣のため、上り下りするたびちょっと嫌な音がしてよく眠れなかったからです。しかし、友達は全く気にならなく寝れたそうなので、音が気になる方は念のために耳栓を持って行った方が良いかと思いました。 でも、それ以外は、全ての面においてパ－フェクトで、大満足のホテルでした！！また、リバプ－ルに行くことがあったら、ぜひまた泊まらせていただきたいと思っています。
