高級ホテルの大理石張りの床を素足で歩くのが好きな僕にとって、ざらつきが気になってちょっと気になりました。テラスもテーブル・イスとも触ったら汚れが着いてしまう荒れようでした。 基本的にはフロントの英語も滑舌よく日本人にも聞き取りやすく、しっかりした教育ができていると思いました。 エントランスに徒歩で荷物を転がしていく場合のことをもっと考えた方が良いと思います。 すべての人が車で乗り付ける訳ではないでしょ。入りにくいホテルでした。
