近くに駅やスーパーなどがあり、とても便利でした。 ベッドも大きくて心地よかったです。 ただ、10月1日以降、ホテル名が『ｈｐHOTEL』に変わったにもかかわらず、ずっと『Marriott』で探していたため、ホテルを見つけるまでに苦労しました。 そういった重要な訂正は、すぐに行うべきではないでしょうか。

チェックインの際、ﾎﾃﾙクラブからの予約が入っていないと言われ焦ったが、泊る事が出来た。チェックアウトの際も、料金はカードで支払済みとﾎﾃﾙクラブの領収書を見せたが、納得してもらうのに少し手間取った。今までﾎﾃﾙクラブからの利用者がいなかったのか、少なかったのかもしれない。しかし、部屋はとても広くゆったりしていて、フロントの対応も良かった。

ホテルは綺麗で、スタッフも全員抜群の笑顔で迎えてくれて、気持ち良いホテルでした。朝食もすばらしく美味しかった。ただ、価格の割には非常に部屋が狭くて、これには少しだけがっかりでした。せっかくKasselまで来たので、Marriottなら満足な部屋を用意してくれると信じていたのですが。
