ロケーションが何といっても良い。学生街のほぼ中心にあるが、部屋に入ってしまえば外の喧騒も嘘のよう。地下鉄も近く交通の便もよい。質も価格以上。規模も小さく、サービスや質など星数を求める人にはお勧めしないが、そうではないツーリストには十分お勧めである。

朝食も含めて価格が安い上に立地が最高に良い。 サービスも悪くはなく、次回モントリオール訪問時にも選択肢に含めると思う。
