市外の一角に位置しており，モールでの買い物や食事，どれをとっても徒歩圏内で立地は良い。グレイラインのツアーも，１ブロック離れたウエストマークホテルの発着なので，ツアーに参加するのにも，良い立地。朝食付きだが，ちょっとしたパンとコーヒー・紅茶などの飲み物という簡素なものだが，それで十分と言えば十分と思う。
