３階建ての一軒家でとても広い。ベッドルーム３室、バスルーム、キッチン、リビングと設備は文句なし！キッチンは冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、湯沸かしポット、食器類等必要なものは全てそろっていて食料さえ買ってくれば、すぐに自炊ができる。洗濯機あり。ケーブルテレビ試聴可能。向かいが墓地なのが気にならなければ、問題なし。
