値段は、そこそこだが設備が古い。壊れていたりもする。エレベータが壊れているのにはまいった。この値段で、あのロケーションならまあいいのかも。

部屋は広くビーチに近い。２ベットルームは家族旅行向きでひろびろしている。ホテルのレストランやマッサージも良心的でいい。部屋は明るくてきれい。

ジョムティエンでも端の方に位置しパタヤやジョムティエンの中心に出るには不便である。お湯の出が悪くバスタブの使用は難しい。ロシア人が多く宿泊していた。日本人宿泊者は1%程度と思われる。
