今回家族での滞在であったが、アメニティーグッズが充実していなかった。今後の改善に期待する。

急な予約にも関わらず、良心的な値段であったと想います。有難うございました。ただ、部屋の狭さ（基本料金での支払いならクレームもの）、スタッフの対応の悪さにはガッカリしました。しかも、立地条件は最悪。。。 ただ料金的な面と、部屋でネットを繋ぐことが出来た事だけが救いだったような。。

綺麗なホテルで設備などもかなり整っており満足度は高いです．ただ駅から結構歩くのが難点．目印にしろと書いてあるテレビ塔は駅のホームからは見えますが，改札を出てしまうと見えないので注意が必要．

スタッフは全く教育が行き届いていない感じ。 チェックアウトも電話をしながらの対応。 精算時にも間違った金額を請求された。（訂正は利いたが。） 朝食のレベルはかなり低い。補充が十分ではない。 ホテル自体はきれいでロケーションも良い。
