まだ建設途中なので（2008年5月現在）、エレベーターは動かないし、朝食用の食堂も出来ていない。ゲスト用選択施設もなし。でも、新しい建物なのできれいだし、プールは出来上がってました。なんか優先順位が違う気もするけど･･･ ”朝食は向かいのバールで食べられます”と書いてあったが、向かいはマンションでした。 立地はテルミニ駅から地下鉄で15分、そこから更に徒歩で5分ほどかかります。入り口は大通りから路地を入って右側、”HOTEL”と赤い文字で大きく書いてある鉄の門の中です。とても分かりにくい所にあります。 受付のおじいちゃんはとても親切です。 Wi-Fiは1時間2ユーロです。 完成すれば立派なホテルになると思います。

ホテル事態はすごく綺麗でとてもスタイリッシュな感じだったけど、暖房設備に関しては夜10時を過ぎると止まってしまう そしてエアコンは一切使えない状況だった 場所も意外に離れており、行った次の日がたまたまストライキでホテルから市街に出るのに徒歩で2時間かかりました この設備でこの金額は有り得ないかと思う 二日目には肌がかゆくなるし・・・

4人1部屋のQuad Roomを注文するも、通常のDoubleの部屋にシングルベッドを敷き詰めるように入れただけであった。現在工事中で設備は皆無。 何よりもバスタブはあるのにシャワーがないのが致命的で、とても３つ星ホテルとは言えない。 ロケーションも市内中心部からMetroの駅で7-8個離れており、雰囲気のある地域ではない。
